Rapid demand for units at two business parks in Peterborough
Half of the 12 purpose-built units at the new Discovery Business Park in Yaxley are under offer with completion expected in February.
And at the just launched second phase of Yaxley’s Eagle Business Park three plots are already under offer with strong interest registered in 10 others.

Hide AdRichard Jones, director at Barker Storey Matthews who is dealing directly with Discovery and Eagle Business parks, said: “The take up and interest levels in both estates is very encouraging indeed, reflecting the lack of available industrial space in Peterborough due to strong take up over the last few years and the ever increasing appeal for Peterborough as a location for businesses to locate to.”
He added: “The commercial property profile of the southern outskirts of Peterborough – close to the A1(M) and the city’s parkway system – has been re-positioned in recent years.
“More planned commercial development on this side of the city will see modern, purpose-built business premises to meet industrial property demand in the way Discovery Business Park and Eagle Business Park are already doing.”
At the Discovery Business Park there are a range of terraced, semi-detached and detached industrial warehouse units varying in size from 1,650sqft to 6,600sqft.
