Turtle Bay to create 50 jobs with city centre restaurant opening in May
As revealed in the Peterborough Telegraph in January, Turtle Bay is converting part of the old H & M store in Queensgate into a restaurant opening out onto St John’s Square.
The company has started its recruitment drive and will be holding special ‘auditions’ with a Caribbean twist on April 4 and 5 at Peterborough United’s London Road stadium.

Hopeful Turtles should email [email protected] and come along to the auditions where they will be asked to get into the spirit of the Caribbean with various tasks including limbo dancing and a group task involving being marooned on a Caribbean Island!
The auditions are fun and interactive and designed to bring out the applicants personality.
Turtle Bay is all about celebrating the lively, colourful, soulful and, above all, delicious experiences that the Caribbean has to offer - from rich and explosive flavours to laid back ‘liming’.
Their mission is to capture the spirit of celebration that the Caribbean is famed for around the globe - making customers happy by delivering a hedonistic combination of joyous food, wicked drinks and a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The audition hopefuls will have to get into the spirit of the Caribbean if they are to be successful.
