Throughout the lockdown residents stood on doorsteps, in gardens and on balconies every Thursday night for a minute’s applause for key workers.

There were also some spectacular scenes at Peterborough City Hospital with organised events, including convoys from lorry drivers and taxi drivers, and a stunning display from the emergency services.
