Huge fly-tip in middle of road condemned by council
The rubbish was found blocking a section of the road on Welland Bank on Tuesday morning.
Motorists have expressed their concern to the Peterborough Telegraph about safety on the road, particularly at night, if rubbish is repeatedly dumped in such hazardous locations.

Hide AdThey have also said that this is not the first time something like this has happened in the Welland Bank area.
South Holland Council confirmed that they are aware of the problems and plan to take action.
A spokesperson for the council said: “We are aware that there have been several instances of fly-tipping at Welland Bank in Crowland.
“We investigate all instances of fly-tipping and will not hesitate to prosecute if we have sufficient evidence to do so.
