A motorist has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving after crashing into a road sign on the A1M at Sawtry.

The driver was arrested at 7.13am on Saturday on the B1043 having left the scene of the crash.

A Cambridgeshire police spokeswoman said the man has been released under investigation.
