Part of popular Peterborough park cordoned off due to ‘police incident’
The an area of the Nene Park has been closed to the public due to a ‘police incident’ today.
A spokesman for the Nene Park Trust said: “Due to a police incident, it is currently impossible to cross the lock between Orton Mere and Thorpe Meadows, as this area has been cordoned off. Please plan an alternative walk today - thank you.”
