Peterborough man faces trial over child sex charges

A man will face trial over charges of sexual activity with a child.

Daniel White, 19, of Chaucer Road, Peterborough, has been charged with sexual assault on a girl under 13, sexual activity with penetration on a girl under 13 and without penetration on a girl under 13 between October 2009 and October 2010.

White pleaded not guilty to all charges at a hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on May 6. A date for his trial has not yet been set.

White has also been accused of dealing drugs. He is charged with offering to supply ecstasy and cannabis between November 22, 2013, and April 11, 2014.

White has not yet entered a plea to the drugs charges.
