The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for snow which covers the Peterborough border.

Snow is predicted to hit an area just north of the A1 at the Wansford junction - around Wittering - heading north into Lincolnshire, including Stamford and Bourne.

The warning is in place from 2pm to 7pm today.

The Met Office said: “Some roads and railways are likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.”
