PLAYER VERDICTS: The Peterborough United goalkeeper was at least average
The visitors were well worth their 4-1 win as the Posh players had a collective off night.
Goalkeeper Luke McGee was the only Posh player not to be marked as below average by the Peterborough Telegraph

Hide AdLuke McGee: Couldn’t be faulted for the goals. It was an utter shambles in front of him 6
Michael Smith: Horrible error for the third goal which capped a dismal night. Looked physically weak and off the pace 4.5
Andrew Hughes: One storming run forward in the first-half was his positive contribution to the contest. Allowed a cross to come in for the crucial first goal 4.5
Jack Baldwin: He hadn’t played since November 22 and it showed. He looked rusty, couldn’t time a tackle and was continually muscled off the ball. A strange selection, and made skipper for the night as well 4

Hide AdRyan Tafazolli: Never looked comfortable. A swirling wind made judging headers difficult. Very disappointing by his recent standards 5
Michael Bostwick: Good commitment to step onto the field 24 days after breaking his jaw. He battled away as well as normal in midfield, but his passing was iffy 5
Leo Da Silva Lopes: Plays with a swagger that in no way was matched by his performance. Too slow on the ball, makes poor passing decisions and a lightweight display overall 4
Martin Samuelsen: A rare chance to start and he didn’t take it, one fine piece of first-half tracking back aside. Too slow to move the ball on, too many tricks that don’t lead to anything 5

Hide AdMarcus Maddison: Two decent first-half strikes, one strong shot from a late free kick, created the goal. Sponsors’ man-of-the-match. Didn’t play as bad as others, but that’s not that much of a compliment 5.5
Craig Mackail-Smith: Ran hard and looked a threat with his pace in the first half. No obvious partnership with Morias though and his influence faded after the break 5.5
Junior Morias: One shot blocked by a defender early on. Tries hard, but it looks a big step up in standard for the former St Albans man 4.5
