HOCKEY: City of Peterborough teenagers kids are unlucky losers
City of Peterborough were unlucky losers in their semi-final of the English Hockey Under 18 Cup yesterday (April 3).
City went down 2-1 at Yorkshire-based Ben Rhydding despite winning a dozen short corners.
In a high-class game the home side scored a goal in each half before Brendan Andrews replied to set up a frantic last couple of minutes.

It’s the second time in three years that they have reached the last four in the competition.
City lost in the 2014 final to Surbiton.
