NORTHANTS PREMIER DIVISION: Young guns see Town to a nervy Northants League win
Town made hard work of passing their hosts 163-8, but eventually scrambled home with three wickets to spare to keep alive their faint hopes of mounting a title challenge.
Reigning champions Rushden are next up for the city side who will need to perform considerably better to beat a team crammed with star players.

Sayer bowled with hostile pace to return figures of 3-26 from 10 overs, while Danyaal picked up 2-40 from his eight overs. Both then combined to put on 27 for the eighth wicket to see Town home with Sayer finishing unbeaten on 23.
Town looked set for an easy win when reaching 105-2, but the departure of star man Asim Butt for 42 prompted a middle order collapse.
Judd stood firm striking six boundaries in his 60-ball knock.
